Broad Roles:
- Create email marketing campaigns.
- Build engagement with our customers.
- Run campaigns to achieve the defined objectives.
- Collect data, analyze, and create reports to suggest actionable to management.
We’re a result driven & established Education Technology company having vast customer based on USA & Australia. Our audience are high school & college students. You job will be to create engaging campaigns, create campaign, monitor data and improve them.
You must have excellent Copywriting experience to build the campaigns from scratch.
An Ideal Candidate is
- Undying Passion for writing creative content that gets opened, clicked and responded to.
- Thorough understanding of email marketing best practices
- Familiarity with marketing concepts such as user lifetime value (LTV) and churn, acquisition funnels, user lifecycle management, lead generation, and conversions.
- Strong analytical background with ability to use data to learn and drive decision making; you are familiar with concepts such as statistical significance, sample size, and control groups
Complementary Competencies
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in email marketing / marketing automation.
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribe
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
- Comfortable building emails in HTML/code editor, preferably with Litmus
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and custom URLs/UTM Builder
